20 years in 100 words or less… Received undergrad and grad degrees in Counseling. Married David Heuser (W&L '88) in 1992; moved to Raleigh in 1996. Held a variety of program positions in nonprofit organizations serving disadvantaged populations. Began working as a consultant for an executive search firm for nonprofits in 2005. Stayed involved in the community and served on a number of nonprofit Boards of Directors over the years—currently the NC Symphony, Marbles Kids Museum and a couple of small ones. We like to travel—smaller Caribbean islands, Alaska, Hawaii, Paris, Netherlands, Australia. See you in October!
